Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

This Refund Policy governs all subscription purchases made through Ledger at ledgerbuyer.com. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free Trial

All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Billing begins at the end of the free trial period. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal accessible within the Ledger app (Subscribe page → Manage billing). Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

4. No Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to Ledger Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refund Eligibility

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a technical error on our part.
  • You were charged twice for the same billing period.
  • You experienced a significant service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) during a paid billing period that prevented normal use of the application.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question. We do not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with features, changes to the product, or failure to cancel before a trial ends.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email address, the date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of Ledger after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
